Andy Watson

Andy Watson has extensive experience in broadcast engineering and management, currently serving as the Broadcast Facilities Manager at The Telegraph since March 2020, overseeing audio and TV studios for various productions. Prior to this role, Andy worked as a Broadcast Engineer and Multi Skilled Operator at NEP Bow Tie, assisting broadcast teams during live proceedings in Parliament and the GLA/Mayor's Office. Andy also held the position of Senior Broadcast Engineer & Team Leader at the UK Supreme Court, managing broadcast operations for the highest court in the country. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer at Allen & Overy, Audio Visual Technician at McLaren Group, Video Technician at the London Fire Brigade, AV Technician at Aztec Events, and AV Technician at NAV (Nightlife Audio Visual). Andy holds a BTEC National Diploma in Media, TV, Film & Video Production from Greenhill College.
