Giorgio Gelardi

Giorgio Gelardi is a seasoned software and platform engineer with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Platform Engineer at The Telegraph since August 2018, Giorgio previously held the position of Senior Software Developer at GESINF srl from December 2006 to August 2018, where design and development of a web accounting system for government agencies were key responsibilities. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Alpha Logic SpA involved collaboration on projects for prominent entities such as the Italian Ministry for Economic Development. Early career milestones include developing software for Italian lottery games at Toto and Service, co-founding Brainware Computers SaS, and creating sales management applications in Clipper at Officine Informatiche SaS. Giorgio holds a Diploma in Industrial Informatics from Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale, attained in 1992.
