Phil Barrett

Phil Barrett has extensive experience in engineering and technical support, currently serving as Head of Engineering (Ops) at The Telegraph since March 1994. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Production Support Team Lead at the same company. From 1989 to 1994, Phil was an Instructor and Field Service Engineer at Dainippon Screen. Earlier in their career, from August 1982 to 1989, Phil worked as a Telecommunications Technical Officer at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
