Andrew Rogovenko is a seasoned software engineer at The Telos Alliance since June 2017 and has been an associate professor in the Department of Information and Computer Systems at Chernihiv National University of Technology from April 2003 to the present. Previous professional experience includes a role as a design engineer at the Scientific-research Institute of Computer Technologies from October 2013 to April 2017 and as a программист at the Institute of Radar Technologies from August 2000 to December 2005. Andrew Rogovenko holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, obtained between 1997 and 2003.
