Ariel Vienna Glassman has a diverse work experience in creative and managerial roles. Ariel Vienna began their career as the Owner, Creator, and Operator of Vue Wine Bar & Restaurant, where they conducted market research, implemented business plans, and managed sales forecasting. Ariel Vienna then became the Co Owner and Managing Partner of Bobo Gallery Art Gallery and Music Venue, where they successfully transformed and reorganized the business, implemented structural changes, and redesigned the venue's interior.
Ariel Vienna later worked as a Creative Director for United Projection, where they were responsible for concept creation, storyboarding, content creation, and editing for projection mapping shows. Ariel Vienna also collaborated with AV teams and designed and produced numerous shows.
As the Venue Vixen & Creative Director at The Temple House, Ariel oversaw projection mapping, social media, marketing, PR, and event production. Ariel Vienna played a crucial role in establishing the venue as one of the most desirable event venues in the United States.
Ariel Vienna currently holds the position of Creative Director at Serious Art Only (SAO), a role that allows their to continue their creative pursuits. Additionally, they serve as a Strategic Development and Creative Direction for the Visual Artist Awards organization, where they help recognize and honor talent in projection mapping, motion graphics, and augmented reality.

In 2006, Ariel pursued further studies in Spanish at the Solexico Spanish Institute in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Ariel also has a background in Visual Arts, having completed a Visual Arts degree from Atlanta College of Arts in 2001.
