Jahaira De Castro

Jahaira joined the Company in 1999 as a Recruiter for the Office Support division in the downtown office. When that office was consolidated to the midtown headquarters, she was soon promoted to Client Representative and tasked with helping grow a new fledgling division in 2003, School Professionals. Over the years, Jahaira was promoted successively to Supervisor of Client Services, Director of Operations and Managing Director, before being named Vice President in 2017. In her role, she oversees one of the company’s largest divisions and provides guidance on internal processes, system improvements, and best practices. During her tenure with the company, Jahaira has been involved in all aspects of recruitment, screening, interviewing, evaluation, placement, and client servicing, and has gained tremendous experience and knowledge through her work with educational institutions

Jahaira holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Old Westbury College.
