Mika Solway

Mika Solway is the owner of The Ten Spot Fredericton since December 2021 and has been involved with Lest Properties as owner, designer, and past property manager since April 2011, focusing on sustainable renovations and tenant satisfaction. Previously, Mika served as Editor In Chief at Rise from January 2020 to August 2021, promoting sustainable home renovations, and as Senior Associate at Ecolibrium Strategies Inc., where responsibilities included sustainable product visioning and tenant engagement on efficiency strategies. As GreenCheck Sustainability Program Director at RiskCheck Inc., Mika developed strategies for sustainability across hundreds of buildings. Additionally, experience includes project management at HOK for LEED certification, sustainability consultation, and a background in fashion design. Education includes a BSc in Civil Environmental Engineering from Queen's University and various advanced certificates in organization development.
