Michael A. Roussel Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michael A. is currently serving as the Chief Marketing & Technology Officer at The Tennessee Credit Union since June 2022. Prior to this, they were the Owner/Operator of ntouch concepts llc and Main City Inc from April 2001 onwards.
From January 2001 to May 2022, Michael held multiple roles at Xplore Federal Credit Union, including VP of Marketing, AVP of Marketing, Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and Collections Manager. In their Collections Manager role, they focused on collection activities, customer service, problem resolution, write-offs, and bankruptcy collections.
Before their tenure at Xplore Federal Credit Union, Michael was the General Manager of The Duck Off, a social establishment, from April 2006 to October 2011. During this time, they managed a team of 15-20 employees and implemented an inventory system to monitor income and product.
Additionally, Michael also served as a Fire Fighter in the New Orleans Fire Department from August 2001 to September 2008.
Michael A. Roussel Jr. attended the University of New Orleans from 1996 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film/Video and Photographic Arts.
