Ed Kaye

Edward M. Kaye, MD, serves as CEO and Director of Stoke Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on RNA-based medicines. Kaye also holds director positions at Avidity Biosciences, Inc. and Cytokinetics, where efforts are directed towards innovative RNA therapies and muscle treatment developments, respectively. Additionally, Kaye is a director at MassBio, contributing to the establishment of Massachusetts as a leading life sciences hub. Kaye previously served as CEO and Chief Medical Officer at Sarepta Therapeutics and held significant roles at Genzyme, The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. Kaye earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry and an MD in Pediatrics, Neurology, and Biochemical Genetics from Loyola University Chicago.
