Geoff McDonough is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Geoff currently serves as an advisor at The Termeer Foundation, and they have previously held executive roles at Generation Bio, Zafgen, Inc., PTC Therapeutics, Inc., Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ), and Genzyme.

Geoff has a proven track record of success in growing businesses and developing innovative new therapies. Geoff has led companies through both successful IPOs and significant M&A transactions. Geoff is passionate about improving patient access to innovative treatments and expanding the reach of healthcare globally.

Geoff received their BA from Dartmouth College and their MBA from Harvard Business School.

Geoff McDonough received their MD from Harvard Medical School and their BS + BA in Biology + Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
