Paula Ragan, Ph.D., is the Founder, President, and CEO of X4 Pharmaceuticals, playing a pivotal role since its establishment in 2014, including successfully raising over $300 million in capital for the company's development initiatives. Previously, Paula served as Managing Partner at Ragan Consulting LLC, providing strategic consulting for biotechnology firms.
