Andrew Houghton

Andrew Houghton is a senior member of the TerraCotta team and is the Chief Financial Officer of TerraCotta Credit Fund. He is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting at TCCF, including the oversight of the third-party fund administrators. He also supports the senior management team in investor relations, planning and forecasting, and strategic finance.

Andrew has nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting with some of the largest real estate firms. Most recently he was a senior member of the accounting team for a large publicly listed REIT in Southern California. Prior to that Andrew worked for a decade and a half at the world’s largest industrial real estate company in several roles of successively higher levels of responsibility in accounting and finance. Andrew started his career in public accounting in the United Kingdom, where he earned his certification as a Chartered Accountant. In addition to the United States, his career has taken him to Europe and Asia.

Andrew earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Management and a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mathematics from London University.
