Eli Gingold is an experienced investment analyst currently working at The TerraCotta Group since June 2024. Previously served as a commercial real estate intern at goHomePort and held the position of investment analyst at Nexus Equities from July 2022 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a business systems summer analyst at Equity Residential and participating in the Future Housing Leaders program at Fannie Mae. Eli also gained leadership experience as an R.B.I. League Manager with the Chicago Cubs in the summer of 2021. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business, with studies at the University of Southern California and a high school diploma from Evanston Township High School.
