Paul Hayashi

Paul Hayashi is a Principal, Investments at TerraCotta. Paul has more than 25 years of commercial banking experience, primarily focused on real estate finance. He has extensive experience in loan underwriting, financial analysis, loan monitoring, and workouts, and has previously held senior positions at Comerica Bank and Union Bank. Prior to joining TerraCotta, Paul was the co-head of Comerica Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Lending Group in Orange County, CA.

Paul graduated from the University of Southern California, receiving a BS in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting.
