Andrew Castaneda has had a diverse range of experiences, from working as a cashier and lifeguard to founding their own power washing company. Currently, Andrew is a Terry Scholar at The Terry Foundation and an Undergraduate Research Team Lead at Texas A&M University working on SpaceCRAFT Virtual Reality. Andrew has also interned at SimDynamX as a Space Teams Academy Software Engineering Intern. Andrew is known for their software engineering skills in Python and C++, as well as their leadership abilities in various roles.

The Terry Foundation
The Terry Foundation is a Houston-based scholarship program founded to provide scholarships to outstanding Texas high school graduates and transfer scholars for attendance at 13 Texas public universities. Established in 1986 by Houston philanthropists Howard & Nancy Terry, the Foundation has assisted thousands of Terry Scholars in meeting the Founders' goal of helping Texas college students to help themselves.
