Christopher C.

Christopher C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Christopher is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of The Testing Company, a position they have held since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at TeraPore Technologies Inc. from May 2016 to June 2020, where they held various roles including VP of Product Engineering, Director of Product Engineering, and ASEE Postdoctoral Research Diversity Fellow. Their responsibilities at TeraPore Technologies Inc. involved overseeing product engineering and research initiatives.

Before joining TeraPore Technologies Inc., Christopher worked at Michigan State University as a Ph.D. and M.S. / Graduate Researcher from June 2010 to March 2016. Christopher also gained international experience as a Visiting Researcher at Istanbul Technical University in September 2014 and December 2011. Additionally, they completed an internship at Matthäi Gruppe in June 2009 and participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Bremen in June 2008. Christopher started their career with an internship at the Ohio Department of Transportation in June 2007.

Christopher C. has a strong educational background in the field of engineering. Christopher obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from Calvin University, graduating in 2010. Christopher then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they went on to achieve a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Environmental Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies in 2016.

In addition to their degrees, Christopher C. also holds a certification as a Fundamental Engineer (EIT) which was obtained in October 2009 from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
