Jessica Priest is an experienced engagement reporter at Texas Tribune, contributing to a collaborative investigative initiative with ProPublica since January 2022. Previously, Jessica served as a government and accountability reporter for Fort Worth Report and as an investigative reporter for Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, where impactful investigative projects were produced. Prior roles include senior reporter at Victoria Advocate, focusing on environmental issues and regional investigations, as well as experience covering court cases and city news at various publications. Jessica holds a BA in Mass Communication from Sam Houston State University.
