Barry Morse is a co-founder of The Therapeutic Innovations Group, established in November 2024, specializing in biotech consulting for biologic drug discovery, including antibodies, cell therapies, and gene editing. Previously, Barry served as Senior Director of iPSC Biology at Century Therapeutics, Inc. from February 2019 to October 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing multiple programs. Prior roles at Century Therapeutics involved working as Associate Director of R&D and establishing foundational protocols for differentiating iPSC cells into Immune Effector Cells. Barry's career also includes significant experience at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as Principal Research Scientist and Senior Research Scientist, focusing on various drug developments in autoimmune disease, cancer, and infectious diseases. Barry holds a PhD in Biochemistry, Cell, and Molecular Biology from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Boston University.
