Rami Shaath

Rami Shaath currently serves as Sr Manager of Threat Intelligence at CPX, a position held since September 2024. Rami is the founder of 971sec since April 2015, and fulfills roles as Community Manager for The Things Network and Regional Head for the Blockchain Education Network, both initiated in January 2017. Prior experience includes writing for SecurityAffairs and serving as Dr. Wacky at Wacky Science while working as a Senior Intelligence Analyst at CrowdStrike and as a Security Analyst at FS-ISAC. Rami's educational background includes a Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity, an Associate's Degree in Computer Forensics from Champlain College, and a Professional Development Unit in Project Management from the University of Toronto, along with an Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and Computer Networking from RCC Institute of Technology.
