Ifé Lawrence is the Head of People Operations & Reward at The Third Space Group, where they lead strategic HR transformation for a workforce of over 1,500. With over 15 years of experience across diverse sectors, Ifé has built and scaled HR functions, led global compliance and payroll operations, and delivered performance and reward frameworks. They have also held various HR roles, including HR Manager at Gemfields Group and David Morley Architects LLP, as well as People Operations Manager positions at Gorillas and Third Space. Ifé studied Politics and International Relations at Loughborough University and is passionate about creating people strategies that elevate culture.
