Fiona Fernie

Fiona Fernie has over two decades of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of People Operations & Reward at Scottish Enterprise since April 2008. Fiona has held various leadership roles such as Head of Reward & Strategic Partnering and HR Manager within the same organization. Prior to Scottish Enterprise, Fiona worked at Dundee City Council as an HR Officer from January 2004 to April 2008 and began the HR career at Glaxosmithkline as an HR Adviser from 1999 to 2004.
