Chuck Kelly

Chuck Kelly, PE, has extensive experience in construction management and civil engineering, currently serving as a Construction Manager at The Thrasher Group. Previously, Chuck held positions as a Construction Project Manager at Peoples Natural Gas, Civil Engineer IV at Tetra Tech, and Project Manager at Cadence Contract Services LLC. Additionally, Chuck has worked as a Construction Manager at O'Brien & Gere (OBG). Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Water Resources from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 2005 and 2009.
