Tania Figueroa is an experienced hospitality professional with a background in various customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Concierge at the Tides Inn since October 2020, Tania previously held the position of Activities Supervisor at the same establishment from March 2019 to October 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Tasting Room Associate at Good Luck Cellars and as an Office Assistant at Transportes Alberto Castañeda, where Tania managed the receptionist area and maintained organization. Additionally, Tania worked as an Import Analyst at Almagrario S.A., focusing on import documentation and customer communication. Tania holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade from Universidad del Valle, earned between 2007 and 2012.
