Brandon Warren

Brandon Warren has a diverse range of work experience. Brandon has worked as a Back End Engineer and a Data Scientist at The Tie since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Technical Consultant at SAS from 2020 to 2022, where they contributed to cloud deployments, software installation, and data cleaning projects. Brandon also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in Economics at the University of Virginia from 2019 to 2020, where they led discussions and held office hours to help students understand core concepts. Additionally, they served as a Commerce Council Representative at the McIntire School of Commerce from 2019 to 2020, organizing events for professional growth and mental wellness. Brandon also gained experience as a Customer Advisory Technical Intern at SAS in 2019, where they assisted with customer presentations and demos. Lastly, they were a Section Leader in the UVA Cavalier Marching Band from 2016 to 2019, leading rehearsals and resolving issues within the section.

Brandon Warren attended the University of Virginia from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a concentration in Information Technology, Marketing, and Business Analytics. In addition to their degree, Brandon has obtained several certifications, including "Blockchain Basics," "Blockchain: Beyond the Basics," "Blockchain: Learning Solidity," and "Introduction to NFTs: Non-fungible Tokens" from LinkedIn in February 2022. Brandon also received the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft in December 2020. Furthermore, they completed the "SAS Technical Enablement Academy" and obtained the "SAS Certified Specialist: Visual Business Analytics 7.5/8.3" and "SAS Certified Specialist: Base Programming Using SAS 9.4" certifications from SAS in November 2020 and October 2020, respectively. Lastly, Brandon achieved the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert" certification from Microsoft in November 2021.
