Prior to this, Mian was the Managing Director & CEO of Bentrade Limited from January 2009 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing a 100% export-oriented business specializing in ready-made garments. Mian's career began as a coordinator at Development Communication Network from 2007 to 2009, showcasing a steady progression of expertise in operational roles.
