Ashish Vasil has an extensive background in manufacturing research and development, currently serving as Manager Manufacturing R&D at The Timken Company since August 2005. Prior to this role, Ashish held positions as Sr Vision Systems Specialist and Vision Systems Specialist within the same organization. Ashish's earlier experience includes working as a Vision Systems Engineer at National Instruments from 2000 to 2005 and a brief tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant at Los Alamos National Laboratory in 2000. Ashish holds a Ph.D. and an MS from The University of New Mexico, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering.
