Brice Bender is a seasoned HR professional and IT expert with over 30 years of experience in enhancing organizational effectiveness through technology and strategy. Currently serving as the HR Platform Architect at The Timken Company, Brice oversees the configuration of a comprehensive cloud-based HR system, encompassing its entire SAP/SuccessFactors suite. Previously, Brice held various leadership roles at Timken, including managing US HR systems and leading a global deployment of Employee Central. In addition to professional pursuits, Brice is active in community engagement as the Chairman of the Westbrook Veterans Neighborhood Association and served on the Mayors Neighborhood Commission for the City of Canton. Brice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kent State University and a Master’s in Management from Walsh University.
