Danielle Harvey

Danielle Harvey is an accomplished Human Resources Leader currently employed at The Timken Company since July 2023. Previously, Danielle served as an MCR (HR) - Business Partner at HNI Corporation from February 2017 to July 2023, focusing on culture and change leadership to enhance individual and organizational performance through HR processes and programs. Additionally, Danielle was the Human Resource Manager at McLaughlin Body Company from January 2008 to February 2017, where responsibilities included representing the company in labor agreement negotiations and successfully ratifying two Collective Bargaining Agreements. Danielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Western Illinois University.
