Mike Bell

Mike Bell, MBA, serves as the Group Controller at The Timken Company since 2021, leading financial activities for the Timken Power Systems Group and partnering with executive management to enhance business performance and strategy. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at AmerCareRoyal from 2020 to 2021, where responsibilities included building a financial planning function for a rapidly growing, private equity-owned distributor. Mike's career also includes significant leadership roles at Johnson Matthey from 2012 to 2019, where duties involved overseeing multiple manufacturing sites and managing finance and operations, and at Dopaco, Inc., where Mike advanced through various finance-related roles from 1994 to 2012. Beginning the career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1990 to 1994, Mike provided audit and consulting services to mid-size manufacturing clients. Mike holds an MBA in Finance from Villanova University and a BS in Accounting from Susquehanna University.
