Patrick Martin is the North America Lean/EHS Leader at Timken, where they are passionate about lean manufacturing. They previously served as Operations Manager and have held various leadership roles, including Principal Lean Analyst and Value Stream Manager, focusing on driving a Lean culture and leading process improvement projects. Patrick earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Anderson University and an Associate’s degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from Piedmont Technical College. They supervised over 90 associates during their tenure with The Timken Company from 2005 to 2007.
