Trip Kern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both strategic account management and mental health advocacy. Since July 2003, Trip Kern has worked at The Timken Company, progressing through roles such as Strategic Account Specialist, Sales Training Manager, Strategic Account Executive in Mining and Power Generation, and Market Manager for Mining, focusing on share growth within the US Industrial Distribution sector. In addition to this corporate tenure, Trip Kern currently serves as a Mental Health Advocate & Ally at a non-profit organization, where efforts are concentrated on networking and identifying suitable roles within the mental health sector. Trip Kern holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Psychology from North Carolina State University, obtained between 1984 and 1989.
