Wei Dai, Ph.D. CLS, currently serves as Principal Product Development Engineer at The Timken Company since October 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Metallurgist at Gränges Americas, Inc. from January 2018 to June 2021, and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University between 2013 and 2017. Wei Dai began the academic journey as a Research Assistant at Huazhong University of Science and Technology from 2009 to 2012.
