Ben Okonkwo

Ben Okonkwo is a Senior Monitoring Evaluation Research Learning and Adapting Manager at the Tony Elumelu Foundation. As a Monitoring Evaluation Research Learning and Adapting Manager, Ben established TEF M&E system and frameworks to meet international standards, and lead all M&E reporting and data quality checks. Prior to this role, Ben worked as a Senior Technical Officer M&E at the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Employability, where Ben provided technical input in developing state project plans and implemented M&E plans. Additionally, Ben has experience working as a DMEL Coordinator at Search for Common Ground and has a Master's degree in Agricultural Business and Marketing from the University of Nigeria.
