James Mannings

James Mannings is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the luxury real estate and office space sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Top Villas since March 2010, James has been instrumental in driving the company's success. In addition, James serves as Director for Mansion Works, which offers premium office and event spaces at Bramling House, and holds directorships at Top Villas Realty and LuxuryVillaRentals.com. James holds a BA in Business from the University of Kent, obtained between 2002 and 2005, and received a foundational education at Sir Roger Manwoods Grammar School from 1995 to 2002.
