Katie Plummer

Katie Plummer is an experienced professional in guest experience and client relations, currently serving as Guest Experience Manager at Top Villas since March 2021, after progressing from the role of Guest Relations Specialist from December 2018 to March 2021. Prior to Top Villas, Katie held multiple managerial positions at Clinique from June 2016 to December 2018, including Business Manager and Assistant Business Manager. Career beginnings included a Counter Manager role at Lancôme (March 2014 - June 2016) and a Cosmetics Sales Assistant position at Debenhams (October 2013 - February 2014). Additional experience includes freelance writing for Mens Fashion Magazine in early 2013 and various internships in PR, fashion promotion, and trend analysis. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Writing Fashion and Culture from Solent University (2010 - 2013) and completed secondary education at Folkestone School For Girls (2005 - 2010).
