Mohamed Meeran possesses over 19 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, focusing on food and beverage management across various hotels and resorts in India and the Middle East. Currently serving as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at The Torch Doha since April 2020, Mohamed has previously held roles such as Outlets Manager at Vichy Celestins Spa Resort Retaj Salwa and Outlets & Event Manager at Retaj Hotels & Hospitality. Responsibilities include administration, cost control, event planning, and staff training. With a foundational education in Hotel Management from Embee Institute of Hotel Management, Mohamed has developed a strong expertise in managing operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
