Erin Manton

Erin Manton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and product marketing. Currently serving as Product Marketing Manager and previously as US Customer Experience Manager and Assistant Customer Experience Manager at The Tour Guy since November 2021, Erin has developed skills in enhancing customer satisfaction and product strategy. Prior roles include Junior Office Manager at Rittenhouse Dental Group and Luxury Travel Specialist at Finelli & Shaw. Erin's background also includes significant contributions at Philadelphia Dentistry, where responsibilities encompassed managing patient financing and increasing new patient numbers, as well as leadership and communication roles in internships and academic support at Arcadia University. Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International/Global Studies from Arcadia University, complemented by studies at the University of Cape Town and City St George’s, University of London.
