Bobby Mack

Bobby Mack is an experienced ticketing professional with a career spanning over 18 years in the live entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Ticketing at The Touring Co. since July 2024, Bobby previously held the position of Director of Ticketing & Venue Engagement at the Count Basie Center for the Arts from September 2021 to July 2024. Prior to that, Bobby was a Senior Ticketing Manager at The Bowery Presents and AEG Presents, where responsibilities included ticketing management and artist settlement. Earlier experience includes roles as Box Office Manager at Playstation Theater, Game Day Ticketing Consultant for the New York Jets, and various positions at Starland Ballroom, where Bobby initially started as a street team member. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
