Gary Mui

Gary Mui is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in educational institutions. Currently serving as Director of Finance at The Town School since July 2023, Gary previously held the position of Controller at The Calhoun School from November 2017 to June 2023 and at Rudolf Steiner School New York City from July 2012 to October 2017. Key competencies include the preparation of financial statements, budget management, and oversight of cash functions, payroll, and compliance practices. Gary has successfully liaised with development and admissions offices to support fundraising initiatives and track student enrollment. Earlier roles include Assistant Business Manager and Bookkeeper, where responsibilities included account analysis, management of student transportation, and coordination of the Tuition Assistance Program. Gary holds an MBA from Liberty University and a BBA in Economics from Baruch College.
