Jason Bossart is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at The Town School, with comprehensive responsibility for financial, personnel, facility operations, and various strategic initiatives. Previously, Jason served as Director of Operations at Bonnie Brae, where notable achievements included overseeing organizational improvements and co-leading a work experience program for at-risk youth. Jason's expertise also extends to a decade-long role at Bossart Builders Inc. as Vice President, achieving significant cost reductions on construction projects, and leadership as President of the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association of New Jersey, where membership increased by 70 companies. Jason holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management & Leadership, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
