David Dix

David Dix is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and management. Currently serving as a Partner at The Townsend Group since October 2018, David has also held senior roles at CBRE UK as Senior Director from March 2015 to September 2018 and as Principal at Salthouse Wealth Partners between November 2013 and January 2015. Prior to these positions, David was Managing Director at both Vermilion Capital Management and Creed Corporation/CREIA, and Division Director at Macquarie Bank, where responsibilities included serving as CEO of Macquarie DDR Trust. Earlier career experience includes roles at Accenture and St Quintin Chartered Surveyors. David holds a BA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and a B Agr Ec in Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney.
