Ross Padfield is an experienced sales manager who has worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years. At The Trade Centre Group, Ross manages a team of sales executives, overseeing sales KPI's and ensuring compliance, profit, and customer satisfaction. With a background in finance, Ross also closes finance deals, liaises with finance companies, and trains sales staff on finance procedures. In previous roles at Motorpoint and Carcraft, Ross has consistently met sales targets and demonstrated strong leadership skills. Ross holds a BTEC National diploma in Music from Crosskeys College.
