Jai Cheema

Jai Cheema is a seasoned professional in sales training and enablement, currently serving as GM of Sales Training at The Trade Desk since June 2024. Prior to this, Jai provided consulting services to U of Digital, focusing on building and delivering educational training for the digital marketing industry. Jai has held significant roles at StackAdapt as VP of Sales Enablement, where responsibility included managing a global team and developing training initiatives, and at Quantcast as Global Head of Training, overseeing a comprehensive sales training program. Earlier in the career, Jai worked at Lever in various roles, including Sr. Manager of Sales Training and Sr. Account Executive. Jai holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Operations from Chapman University.
