Keshia Henderson

Keshia Henderson has over 15 years of work experience in various administrative and managerial roles. Keshia served as the Director of Operations at The Transformation Center, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations and managed a team of 10 staff members. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at the Enrichment Center, where they managed the budget, physical facility, and staff for the organization. Keshia also has experience as an Office Manager at North Atlantic Consultants, providing administrative support to the CEO and other executives. Keshia began their career as a Facilitator/Case Manager at the Lucas County Department of Planning and Development, where they supported the director and senior vice presidents. Throughout their career, Keshia has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Keshia Henderson holds a Master's Degree in Executive Masters of Organizational Development (EMOD) from Bowling Green State University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Toledo.
