Dan Cobelli

Dan Cobelli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and legal consultancy. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Group Chief Operating Officer at The Transformation Group since March 2024, Dan also holds the position of Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Talenza since February 2017, where Talenza specializes in connecting organizations with top talent in technology and business transformation across Australia. Additionally, Dan co-founded Tranzformd in July 2021, enhancing expertise in operational leadership. Previous roles include General Manager of the Australian IT Permanent Recruitment Division at SThree from August 2011 to January 2017, and Senior Legal Consultant at Markel Tax from September 2007 to March 2011. Dan's legal background includes a paralegal position at Shoosmiths from September 2006 to September 2007, complemented by a Law degree from the University of Essex and a Legal Practice Course from The University of Law.
