Sanjay Sridher

Sanjay Sridher is the Founder and CEO of enablesGROUP, established in 2016, which focuses on leveraging industry insights and advanced technologies to provide competitive advantages for customers. Currently serving as a Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Alvarez & Marsal, Sanjay specializes in performance improvement, turnaround, and M&A while championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the ANZ region. Additionally, Sanjay holds a Non-Executive Director position at Relationships Australia NSW, where the role includes chairing the Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee. As a Strategic Advisor at The Transformation Group and a former Partner at EY, Sanjay was integral to the NSW Leadership team and led various initiatives in Public Sector and Supply Chain operations. Sanjay has earned a Master of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and a Business Administration certificate from the University of Surrey.
