Sosthène Ung

Sosthène Ung, PhD, is a communications specialist currently serving The Transition Accelerator since November 2022, focusing on science communication to support Canada's energy transition. Sosthène is also a scientific writer and communication coordinator at AIM colours since February 2022. Prior experience includes teaching organic chemistry at McGill University, translating technical documents for Sosearching, and teaching English to children at Ivy prep. Sosthène’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from McGill University and a Master of Science in General Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier. Previous research internships included positions at Fudan University and Academia Sinica, contributing to advanced studies in organometallic chemistry and asymmetric synthesis.
