Jonas Jerez

Jonas Jerez is an experienced case manager with a solid background in human services, having worked at The Transition House, Inc. since May 2017 and previously at Samaritan Daytop Village, Inc. from January 2016 to April 2017. Prior to these roles, Jonas served as a youth counselor at Sheltering Arms from August 2015 to March 2017. Military experience includes serving as a squad leader in the Army Special Forces (Airborne) from August 2006 to November 2012. Education includes earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) from Boricua College.
