The Retail Operations team at The Travel Agency ensures the seamless functioning of our cannabis stores by overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service. Led by the Vice President of Retail and Retail Operations Manager, the team includes dedicated Dispensary Associates and Technicians who handle inventory intake and provide expert guidance to customers. Their collective efforts support our mission to repair the damage caused by the war on drugs and uplift our communities.
