Ashley Vaughan

Ashley Vaughan is a seasoned professional in the travel and tourism industry with a strong background in sales and training. Currently serving as the Director of Group Sales East at Mayflower Cruises & Tours since September 2023, Ashley previously held key positions at Holland America Line from January 2020 to June 2023, including Sr. Manager of Training & Trade Engagement and Sr. Manager of Strategic Accounts. Ashley's expertise also extends to Trafalgar Travel, where the role as Director of Host Accounts was undertaken, alongside previous positions in sales management at Brendan Vacations and Travel Planners International. Ashley holds a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Arizona's James E. Rogers College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Central Florida.
